The varsity Lady Lions dropped their district road game against Milano tonight. Junior varsity came away with a win. Next on the district list will be Thrall at the original Lions Den Tuesday with JV tipping off at 4:30. Followed by varsity in the competition Lions Den at 6 pm.

OVERTIME DISTRICT OPENER WIN in the Lions Den tonight! The Lady Lions took down the Hearne Eagles in a 46-40 victory. Tonight's win was a hard faught team win and a great way to open up district play. Come out to Milano on Friday for a 5 pm Jv tip off followed by varsity. 1-0

The JH boys basketball teams traveled to Coupland tonight and were able to complete the sweep! The 7th grade got it going early and pulled away for the win. The 8th grade also went on several big runs and got the win. Catch the Lions back in action next Monday in Bartlett.

The Lady Lions finished up the Bruceville Eddy tournament strong today with a Win over the Chilton Lady Pirates. Strong Defensive effort helped secure the victory late. Come to the Lions Den Tuesday night and watch your Lady Lions take on Hearne to start District play at 6pm.
HS Boys Basketball Day 3 at the Florence Tournament: The Lions fell short against the Holland Hornets this morning, losing by a score of 37-51 (Kael J. led the team with 16 points). Boys Varsity will take the road for its next game vs Moody on Tuesday, Dec 12 @ 7:30 pm.
HS Boys Basketball Day 2 at the Florence Tournament: Granger won 2 games today to advance as the 1 seed in their pool; beating Florence 27-20, then beating Rosebud-Lott 51-27. Our boys will play Holland in Florence tomr. @ 10:30 AM, trying to advance to the Tourney Championship.
The varsity Lady Lions have been competing in the Bruceville-Eddy Eddy tournament the past two days. The girls are working hard to prepare for the district season that kicks off Tuesday in the Lions Den at 6:00 pm. Catch the girls at Eddy at 11:45 am tomorrow for one more game.

The JH boys battled Thorndale in the Lions Den! The mixed team started the night with a tough loss. The 7th grade was a back and forth game, taking the victory! The 8th grade team took the lead early and also sealing the win! Catch them next Monday at Coupland for one game.

Granger Boys Varsity started pool play with a win against CTCS today, beating them by a score of 38-59. Kael J. led the Lions with 19 pts, followed by Trae H (17 pts) & Wyatt R. (11 pts).
