The High School Varsity Boys had a historic day on their home track today! Congratulations to their overall 2nd place finish!
NEW SCHOOL RECORDS in the 800m run and the 4x200m relay. Caleb Tucker set the 800m run with a time of 2:02.37 and the new school record for the 4x200m relay is 1:32.88. Congratulations to all the boys that qualified to move on to the Regional Meet at Tx A&M-Kingsville on May 1&2.

Pre-K and Kindergarten registration will be held again today from 4:00–6:00 PM at Granger Elementary in the Competition Gym. Please note that the location has changed, but the time remains the same.
To help speed up the registration process, please bring all required documents:
Proof of residency (even if you are transferring in and do not live in the district)
Parent/guardian ID
Student’s birth certificate
Student’s Social Security card
Student’s immunization record
Proof of income for all Pre-K registrants

Just a quick reminder that our PTO Meeting is tonight at 5:30 PM in the Secondary Cafeteria. Also, Pre-K Registration and NEW-to-Granger Kindergarten Registration will take place tomorrow & Wednesday from 4:00–6:00 PM in the Elementary Student Center.

We are incredibly proud to announce our newly elected State Officers:
✨ Gabriela Garcia, State Vice President of Correspondence
Gabriela will lead communication efforts for Texas FCCLA, promoting member engagement, and overseeing FCSA testing.
✨ Connor Vanek, State Vice President of Programs
Connor will oversee the development and implementation of state scripts, slides, stage decor, sessions and more
As part of his role, Connor will also serve on the Texas FCCLA Board of Directors, where both he and Mrs. Dismukes will contribute to shaping the future of FCCLA at the state level.
Our chapter also had an outstanding showing beyond officer elections:
Our Food Innovations team showcased creativity and teamwork in their event and several members participated in impactful leadership workshops, gaining valuable skills to bring back to our chapter and community.

Lights, camera, dance! Don’t miss A Night in Hollywood, our Middle School Dance hosted by PTO on April 18 from 7–10 PM in the High School Cafeteria. Semi-formal attire. $10 entry. See you on the dance floor!
