This week our tennis program competed in the Cameron Tournament, where all eleven of our players got in several matches. Many walked away with a win or two, but everyone gained experience! Next week they will compete in the Thrall Tournament.

Wednesday, March 4, our Tractor Tech team participated in one last practice contest in Decatur. This contest was specifically for State Qualifiers and was intended to prepare them for the high-level of competition they will see at State. They earned 12th place as a team, and Jakob K was 3rd High Individual overall! Next stop—Houston for State!

What better way to break in the new Ag Classroom than to design some flower arrangements? This week, Ms. Pavliska’s Floral class created the bright and colorful centerpieces for the GISD Prom, “A Night in Rio” — it was a challenge! But a lot was learned!
