This week, we recognized our Little Lions who made an impact by demonstrating our ROAR traits and earning Positive Office Referrals.

Pool play for the Granger Holiday Classic is officially over! Congratulations to our Lady Lions for finishing first in their pool. Bracket play has begun and our team plays its first game at 6pm tonight. Come out and support! 🏀🦁🏀

Tomorrow is one of our favorite days… Jingle Jammies. Kick off the weekend in your coziest pajamas!

The varsity boys started the Moody tournament off with 2 wins today. 52-39 over Itasca and 53-19 over Oglesby. The varsity will be back in action at 11:40, and JV will play at 3:30 tomorrow

Tomorrow’s going to be hard to spot our kids, they’ll be blending right in. It’s Holiday in the Wild! Make sure they show up in their favorite camo gear with a fun holiday twist.

The Grinch may have tried to steal Christmas from Whoville, but he couldn’t take the spirit out of GISD today. Grinchmas was a total hit, with so many students and staff joining in. It’s easily one of the most loved days in our December Spirit Month. Grinchmas for the win!

Lady Lion 🏀 came out strong back at home tonight. JV fought hard coming up short by 1 point. Varsity girls had a great game against Moody with a home win!
Varsity girls will be in action this Thurs, Fri and Saturday hosting the Granger Classic.





The lion basketball team defended the lions den tonight with 2 wins over moody. The JV won a close game 35-32 and the varsity completed the sweep with a 50-39 win. Both teams will be in action at the moody tournament this weekend.
All three junior high girls basketball teams took on the Rosebud-Lott Cougars tonight in the Lion's Den. Each team played hard and walked away with a win. Catch them in action next week when the Lady Lions junior high team takes on the McDade Bulldogs.
Just a quick reminder that tomorrow’s theme is festive hats, headbands, or antlers! Can’t wait to see all the fun looks.

Great showing of the Varsity Lady Lions 🏀 team this weekend at the Moody Tournament. They played 3 days at Moody and came out with a 3rd place finish! Lady Lions will be back in action Tuesday in Granger against Moody.

Day 1 of the Moody Tournament for the Lady Lions Basketball team ended with two wins against Rapoport Academy and Covenant Christian Academy. Tomorrow they will participate in Day 2 of the Tournament in Moody.
