Granger FFA is partnering with Manor FFA to collect items for victims of the Panhandle wildfires. Please view the list of items below if you would like to donate. We will be collecting items until Thursday, March 7. Please bring any of the eligible items you would like to donate to the Ag Building before then.
Granger FFA hosted a coloring contest for our Elementary in honor of National FFA Week, February 18-24.
We announced the winners of the contest today! 1st place winners have had their coloring pages sent to the State FFA Association for the State wide contest. Winners will be announced Friday.

Our JV softball team started the night with a 9-5 victory over Rosebud-Lott. The varsity squad completed the sweep in thrilling fashion. The lady lions battled back from a 4-0 deficit and great defense in the top of the 7th to start district play with an 11-10 victory over Rosebud-Lott. Lady lions will be in action Friday and Saturday in the Taylor tournament. Hope to see you there.
The varsity baseball team traveled to Mart and dropped a tough game. They will be back in action Thursday - Saturday at the Salado Tournament.
The 2024 JH Boys Track team traveled to Bremond for their first meet this season. The 7th grade boys put in tremendous effort and placed 3rd as a team. The 8th grade boys fought hard and tied for 1st place as a team! What a great way to start the season!

The 2024 JH Track Girls season kicked off last night In Bremond. Placing 3rd in both 8th and 7th grades. Very proud of these girls and the work they continue to do. Cannot wait to see what the season holds for this group of young ladies. #WECOMING!

Another great day for judging livestock! Our livestock judging team traveled to East Central HS in San Antonio today to compete. We had a complete Jr. Division team--they placed 13th out of 30 teams! Day 2 in Florence and the Lady Lions picked up a couple more victories. Solid hitting propelled the Lady Lions plating 26 runs in two games. District play opens Tuesday at home vs. Rosebud-Lott, 4 & 6pm.
Lion Baseball would like to give a shout out to Elliot Bohuslav, AD Lizardo, Dayton Knippa and Renee Kuhl for their help today. Full day of work on the new on-field batting cage. It was Greatly Appreciated!!!

The varsity baseball team fought hard and dropped both games today in Day 2 of the Hutto tournament. The Lions showed some improvement and will travel to Mart on Tuesday for a 4:30 PM game.
The Lady Lion softball team posted two wins in the Florence tournament on Friday. Great pitching and clutch hitting helped the Lions to victory. They will be back in action in Florence Saturday at 1 & 4.
