Today, we celebrate someone whose passion, creativity, & dedication have truly transformed our campus. Please join me in congratulating our 2025 Teacher of the Year — the incredible Mr. Jacob Dellinger!
When Mr. Dellinger stepped into our elementary music room, he brought it to life. What was once a quiet corner of campus is now the place students can’t wait to be. Joy, confidence, and discovery echo through the halls as kids enter clapping, singing, and asking, “What are we doing in music today?!”
Music is no longer just a special—it’s a highlight of the week. Students who once whispered are now singing loud & proud. Kids who never picked up an instrument are performing for packed crowds.
From a winter concert that brought us to tears to a spring show that had us on our feet—Mr. Dellinger didn’t just plan performances, he created moments we’ll never forget.
But more than anything, he’s built a space where every student feels seen, heard, & loved. Through music, he reminds them daily that their voice matters & learning should be full of joy.
Mr. Dellinger, thank you for sharing your heart with us—and for making our school sing.

Memorial Day Remembrance at Granger High School

🎶🎺 Last week, our 6th grade band, 7th grade band, and high school band wrapped up the year with an amazing end-of-year concert! They put on a fantastic show and showcased all the hard work and growth they've achieved this year. We also honored our senior band members as they performed in their final concert—what a special night! 💛🦁 #LionBandPride #BandFinale #SeniorSendOff

🎓✨ Today we celebrated our graduating seniors who are earning honors by graduating with a 90 or above average! These students were treated to a special lunch in recognition of their hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence. We are so proud of their accomplishments! 💛🦁 #HonorGrads #LionPride #ClassOf2025

Today, we took Lola Finch to the State Acadmic UIL meet. She placed 7th in Copy Editing. This is a wonderful accomplishment for her and for Granger! We are incredibly proud of her today, and we can not wait to see what she accomplishes next year!

Physical challenges and serious health struggles in friends and family can impact their mental health. Although we might not be able to change someone’s illness, we can change how they experience it. During #MHAM2025, take the time to share a meal, take a walk, or just listen—it can make a world of difference. 🌎💖samhsa.gov/find-support/helping-someone

Congratulations to our Baseball Student Athletes!

Face-to-face conversations can foster #mentalhealth development, enhance communication skills, and build confidence. 💪Talk to your children and teens about mental health. Need help getting started? samhsa.gov/find-support/helping-someone/helping-your-child #MHAM2025
