UIL has released the District Realignments for the 2026-27 and 2027-28 school years.
-Lion Football will be in 13-2A Division I
-Lion and Lady Lion Basketball will be in 27-2A

Granger hosted a successful Junior High Tournament today! Congratulations to Groesbeck (8th grade) and Cameron (7th grade) for taking first place in their divisions. Thank you to every team that made it out, and we hope to see y’all next year!

The Lady Lions Basketball teams traveled to Rosebud-Lott tonight to take on the Lady Cougars. Both teams played hard, but fell short. Next up, McDade in the Lion's Den on Tuesday.

Congratulations to our Tractor Tech team! These young men competed at the Area competition today at Sam Houston State. They placed 1st overall as a team with flying colors. Next stop-State in March!

Junior High Lady Lions 7th and 8th grade teams came back from a long, unexpected break to win against the Bartlett Lassies tonight. The action is not done yet though! These two teams are playing in the Granger Junior High Tournament on Saturday. Come out and support our girls.

We are excited to share that our Winter Pep Rally has been rescheduled! This Friday, January 30, at 1:41 PM, we will gather in the competition gym to cheer on our winter athletes. Our Granger Basketball & Powerlifting teams have been putting in the work so let’s pack the stands and show them our support!

This past Wednesday, our FFA members, as well as students in Ms. Pavliska’s 4th and 5th Period classes were privileged to be visited by some of the Texas FFA State Officers.
Thank you to the State Officers for organizing and hosting the workshops “Ag is Everywhere” and “Input = Output” for our students!
