Empowering students to explore meaningful careers. 🔍
📣 Today, TWC Commissioner Representing Employers Joe Esparza presented two Jobs and Education for Texans (#JET) grants totaling $405,954 to two schools in the Capital area at Austin Community College District Riverside Campus.
The grants will help purchase and install equipment to train high-demand occupations such as welders and other key professions! Granger ISD is beyond grateful for this opportunity and thankful to Dr. Amber Thorsen for leading the grant application process and the rest of the GISD team who worked diligently to apply for this investment that will benefit our children, our community, and the future of Texas.

The air is getting crisp, the stadium lights are buzzing, and our favorite rivalry in Texas high school football is just around the corner! It's time to show our pride for the annual "Battle of Highway 95" game as our Granger Lions take on the Bartlett Bulldogs.
This is more than just a game; it’s a tradition that unites our communities. To commemorate this year's showdown, we are now taking pre-orders for the official 2025 Battle of the 95 commemorative t-shirt!
Wearing this shirt is a great way to show your support for our players, coaches, and the entire Granger community as we cheer on our Lions to victory!
Don't forget to email to get your team into the co-ed volleyball tournament!
