Two Granger Seniors Recognized
Congratulations to Cameron Schneider and Brianna Billingsley. These two Granger High School seniors have been recognized for their outstanding achievements in their individual endeavors.
Cameron Schneider was named “Outstanding Family & Consumer Sciences Student Runner-up” in the Texas Career and Technology Councils “Best of Texas” Awards Ceremony. He will be recognized at the William Travis Building in Austin on April 19, 2010, at 10:00 AM. He and his guests are invited to attend a reception prior to the ceremony. Following the ceremony, there will be a luncheon at the Capitol Grill at the Texas State Capitol.
Brianna Billingsley was awarded one of two Southwestern University Upward Bound Scholarships. This scholarship provides full tuition for four years to two Upward Bound graduates each year who are accepted to Southwestern University. At present, Southwestern University’s tuition is $31,630 per year, valuing each scholarship at $126,520.00
