Mobile Dentists

We were pleased to have Mobile Dentists here on Nov. 5th and 10th. They are a highly acclaimed on-site dental care program created in compliance with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the U.S. Surgeon General guidelines. They are able to set up an "office" on campus so the children don't have to miss school and their parents don't have to miss work. Their services include: dental exams, cleanings, fluoride and fluoride varnish, radiographs and sealants. All children are eligible. While they were here they were able to clean and treat about seventy-five children. They all left with a smile and a toothbrush! Mobile Dentists will be returning on May 19th and 22nd for six month check-ups and to see anyone else that has signed up. We will be sending home paperwork about six to eight weeks prior to that time.
