SUMMER SCHOOL

Summer school is up and running full speed. We have a full slate of classes from PreK through 8th grade. Currently we have 72 students in elementary, 33 students in 6th through 8th. We have a Spanish I class for students who needed extra help with the language. We are also serving 10 students in our credit recovery classroom. School begins with breakfast from 7:30 until 8:00. Classes run from 8:00 until 12:00 with a mid-morning snack being offered to students around 10:00. Transportation is being provided for qualified students. We are excited about the number of students who have taken advantage of the small classes and tutorial time with teachers. Summer school runs from June 2nd through June 27th. Elementary students will be taking field trips on Friday, while Jr. Hi students will be rewarded with Friday movies.
